Are the party packs made to order?

Yes. All party packs are made to order. Each lollipop is handcrafted and packaged by Lauren - Creator & Owner of Sweet Party Pops.

How long will the lollipops last?

For the most delicious lollipop, it is recommended you consume within three weeks of receiving your order.

Where do you ship?

Currently, Sweet Party Pops ships Australia wide.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped once a week, on Tuesday by 5pm.

When do I need to place my order by?

To make the Tuesday shipping date, orders must be placed and paid for in full by the Sunday prior.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are sent via Sendle with tracking information provided on dispatch.

A guideline of arrival after dispatch is as follows:
QLD, NSW, ACT and SA: 2+ days
VIC, TAS and NT: 3+ days
WA: 7+ days

How do I advise if I need my order by a certain date?

Please provide this information at checkout in the comments section. It is also
very important to refer to the order placement deadline and shipping
day/timelines outlined above.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Sweet Party Pops cannot accept returns and refunds, as it is perishable good
(food item).

If your party pack is damaged, please contact Lauren via email at
hello@sweetpartypops.com within 12 hours of receiving your order.

Please also include photos of the damaged order. Lauren always does her very best to ensure orders are packed securely to avoid any damage.
